By using BUILD8 services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide web and app development, UI/UX design, and digital consulting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content and materials available on our site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by BUILD8 or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

We commit to delivering projects according to the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to inform you of any potential delays.

All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel a project at any time, but cancellation fees may apply based on the project stage. Advance payments are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing.

We warrant that our services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no other warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.

We respect the confidentiality of your project information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except when required by law or necessary to provide our services.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
